David Bowie - The Man Who Fell to Earth.
be gentle...it's my first post here.
Bjork - Dancer in the Dark
There are plenty of movies with musicians that may or may not fit the bill here, but the one that first come to mind for me is Two-lane blacktop starring James Taylor and Dennis Wilson.
Another one was Lock stock and two smoking barrels with Vinnie Jones (Soccer player) but I guess he's more or less a movie star already. Going off on this tangent I could even name Conan the barbarian I guess, starring a body-builder, a gymnast and a wind-surfer IIRC But now I'm getting silly...
Then there are all the stand up comedians whose starred in movies. This means I'll get to mention one of my favorites again; The adventures of Ford Fairlane starring Andrew Dice Clay (I don't care how many movies he's been in, this guy is definitively not an actor )
Oh, and welcome to the forum
