What is the best comprehensive source of info on UK DVD releases? In particular I am looking for a site that reliably tells you which DVDs are anamorphic.
The French version dvdfr.com is excellent -- I am looking for an UK equivalent.

    Try these UK sites:
http://www.dvdstreet.infront.co.uk/ - pretty reliable on anamorphic once they have the disc in stock. If unsure read the reviews as someone normally mentions it. I don't order from here though - not the cheapest.
    http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/reviews/ - UK review site.
http://www.play247.com/ - retailer based in Jersey so it can legally sell R1 to Europe. They also stock R2 and I believe deliver worldwide. Excellent service - I buy almost all my discs from here as it avoids VAT!!
http://www.homecinemachoice.com/index.html - magazine site with news and reviews.
If you want any further info e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll see if I can help.

You should also try these three:
    www.dvdtimes.co.uk
Excellent reviews and adequate news coverage.
    www.dvddebate.com
    Reviews & news for R1/R2/R4.
    www.r2-dvd.org
Good reviews & previews and the best R2/GB-newssite around.
