I am building a room for a home theater and I have been looking at klipsch Ref 7 Surround package with a svs-pb+ sub. Any recommendations other than the klipsch ref 7's??

Well, if you have listened to the Klipsch package and you really like the sound, I doubt you will find anything you like better. Klipsch has a unique sound and if that's what you like you'll probably feel that most other speakers are missing something. That being said, if you have not heard the Klipsch, or if you are not completely convinced they are for you, check out the B&W 600 (or 700) series and look at some Paradigms. Also, some online direct speaker companies seem to get good reviews around here, but I haven't heard any of the speakers personally.

In particular, I think a pair of B&W 704's with 705's for surrounds and a HTM7 center would make a great system.
