Senheiser HD 580's for sure are the best for under $200.
I picked up my pair of 580's for $150 on ebay brand new from a power seller. They are awesome!!! You don't even need an external amp to drive the 300 ohm monsters. They are loud and clear with the best bass I have ever heard from a set of phones. You will not be dissapointed, I guarantee it!!!
