I have a laptop and am sick of listening to movies, music, and games through the tiny speakers. what headphones are out there that I can get the most bang for the buck. Looking for great bass and clean sound. noise blocking can also be a feature I'm looking for... any suggestions???
    Thanx -brice

I'm not sure what your budget is, but I have a pair of Grado SR-60s and they work great. Nice, clean sound, good bass response, reasonable cost. No noise cancelling, but for the money, they get my vote.

I like my Sony MDR-V6s. Not quite sure on their availability these days tho. And DON'T mistake these with the MDR-V600s. They are definately not the same.

I also have the Grado SR-60 headphones. I had them long before I got my notebook, and they work and sound great!
