There are so many versions now of this film. Which is the best as far as sound and/or features?
    Thanks.[IMG]

    Jerry,
I recommend reading the information posted at the DVD Review site under the "Production Diary". The current version from Anchor Bay would be the one you are looking for. There are currently 3 versions of it (actually 2 since the original release was the limited edition that included both the theatrical version and the television version with no cuts).
Here is the link to the "Production Diary":

Any Anchor Bay release with the THX logo on it includes a great transfer of the film. The best overall package was the limited edition 2-disc set, but it sports the same transfer as the single disc release. The "extended version" is a pretty good transfer with the scenes created for the TV broadcast edited into the film, but I would definitely want to own the original version more than the extended cut (I have the limited edition that included both).

    Regards,
