1. Speaker theory/design (incl. crossovers, etc.)

2. General home theater information

3. Any other relevant topics to HT and DIY

I saw someone mention "Loudspeaker Design Cookbook" for #1.

Vance Dickason's Loudspeaker Design Cookbook is a good place to start.
These forums are better than most books for #2 & #3....
