Best DirecTV deal? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to get a new basic 2 room DirecTV package. I know that you can get it free at Best Buy after a mail in rebate, but I'm not sure about their requirements. For starters, I want to install it myself, and I think the BB deal requires them to install. I have no interest in any of the extra features that you can get with DirecTV recievers. My parents got a two room package at Walmart about 2 years ago for $120. What is my best option? I don't want to get into any of those deals where I have to keep HBO/Cinemax for a year or anything. You might try calling 1-800-DirecTV and telling them what you want, they can be accommodating sometimes.
