best deal on a 1000 watt amp for my new ButtKicker???? (1 Viewer)

I made the plunge I bought the ButtKicker . So far Carvin DMC1000 fot $349.99 . I've looked at E-bay , Yahoo, and U-bid any other suggestions ????? Help!!!! What are your ButtKicker/Amp experiences??? THANKS, Lissie

I envy your buttkicker......
I just added a second set of Aura Pros to my couch and still want more. The buttkicker need for 1000 watts is my deterent for not getting one of them though. That's just too much..... but I can just imagine it's just right... huh?
I am running my Pros with an old Technic amp, 100 wpc but have just bought a Yam amp (larger). Moving the Technic to the bedroom to drive 4 Rolen Stars.....mmmmmmm....

I use a pair of Carvin DCM1000's to drive my BK pair. They work very well for this application.
I do drive them hard as I use a pair of subharmonic synthesizers on the signal.
Their fans can be a little noisy so I house them in a closet.
