A while back, I had to pay to renew the RZ membership. A month after that I got the infamous letter. I went back to BB to get my $10 renewal fee back. They gave me back the money but later I found out they put a hold on my earned points and have me down as "not renewed". Called up the Customer Care folks and this idiot girl tells me I have to pay back the $10 or I cannot renew. I told them to keep the card and I'll take my business to Wal-Mart. I actually wrote a letter to customer care after that incident and about a month and a half later received a reply. They lifted the hold on my RZ points and renewed me for free. What a stupid time-wasting hassle over a fee that you shouldn't have to pay for in the first place.
