I have problems viewing the PDF file. Do you have another link or is it perhaps my acrobat.

I'm using Adobe Reader 6.0.1 and I can view the .PDF just fine; unfortunately, the scan isn't great: the colours of the blue border and the text aren't uniform in appearance, and the prinout on my colour laser printer doesn't improve the details. I don't think any of the BB CSRs at my store will accept this.
