Best 40"- 50" TV ( $400) (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a Smart TV to watch movies in 4k and play some console games. My budget is 400$ (300.000 pesos) .I will connect a HDMI console, a HDMI from my PC and a 2.0 speaker system. Seating distance is 6 to 8 feet in a small room. Best TV brands in my country are LG, Samsung and TLC. Research says IPS panels have weaker contrast but good colors and VA panels have better contrasts. LG TVs suppossedly last longer and have better OS than Samsung, but the interface is mediocre in both. Android TV has decent OS . Im also considering to buy a Chromecast to use Plex later on.
What TV do you think is the best option? I will hightlight my top 3.
