Best 40"-42" LCD TV for under $2000? (1 Viewer)

What is the best 40" - 42" LCD TV for under $2000 (online stores price range)?

Preferably have HDMI 1.3, good color, good blacks, good black/shadowing transitions, etc. Tuner isn't a must either. Best bang for the buck.

It will primarily be used for cable TV, along with DVD movies, and occassionaly Xbox / Xbox 360 game play.

The bigger the better. I can only get some TV's into my cabinet (41 1/2" width, height not a problem).

I've been looking at the Samsung LN-S4092D. I'm not bound by any one manufacturer.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

What do you think of the Samsung LN-S4051D? My father needs a TV and his situation fits the above post almost exactly.

FYI, you can get the LN-S4092D; it has the newer backlight that is supposed to improve color gamut for about $50 more online.
