I dunno. The first trailer got me excited. The 2nd trailer made me cringe. The animation looks more poor. It just didn't seem smooth for a motion capture. I guess Avatar will be the mother of all motion capture movies.

To me, visually this looks like a poor man's 300.

Both of Zemekis's CGI films just look too clean to me. I mean, even video game companies can give their CG cutscenes a more "lived in" look, but both Polar Express and Beowulf just have this utterly clean and antiseptic look to them, even the dirt doesn't look dirty.
