Bell expressview 5100 sat receiver-no powerup (1 Viewer)

I have a Bev 5100 that is not powering up. Tried the reset by holding the power button till both power and record light come on but nothing.
The receiver is always on and was shut down an powered back on several times by a guest to my house this weekend and now nothing. I'm thinking the drives gone because when unplugged and plugged back into power, the drive sounds like it doesn't finish initializing. I have a replacement hdd to try but will the receiver download all the drive software/format that it needs or is the receiver junk???

I think the best idea would give Bell a call and tell them you're problem if none of those ideas work.
