Just moved into a new condo. Need to upgrade my old Marantz. It has to support DVD Audio/SACD, and move up to Dolby Atmos capability. I have all other equipment except for the receiver and Atmos speakers. Haven't posted for a few years. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is it true that Marantz now stinks. I have been told this but unsure.

Can’t go wrong with the McInosh MX122, Arcam AVR850 or even the Yamaha CX-A5100 / MX-A5000 combo.

Budget is important to know. The 2016 Denon X4300H is on clearance right now at a great price, and has DSD support for SACD. I have the next model down -- the X3300W, and it's been an excellent receiver for me. FYI, Marantz and Denon are now the same company, and their receiver models now share a lot of common parts and software.
