    Hello group,

Considering that our bed is against the wall and there is a doorway on one side of the bed, I was thinking about getting Wharfedale WH-2 bi-poles (in my desired price range for lowcost bedroom HT) and placing them on the rear wall at the ceiling height but in from the side walls a bit.

Is this a desirable plan given my placement limitations or would someone suggest another option?

    Thank you, larry mac

Actually, that should work well given your limitations. You might also want to drop them down a little bit. I think you will get a little better sound by not having them jammed against the ceiling. Being bipoles, they don't have to be as far away from your head.
