Would be amazing if they did. Specially if they would release the extended cut in HD or 4k but I'm not going to get my hope's to high. Moulin Rouge also recently opened on Broadway to a lot of success but that still didn't motivate disney to do anything for it's 20th anniversary that just happened. Maybe Bedknobs will have more luck since it's an actual disney movie though.

Sony raised the bar for technical standards of films with more than one cut when their latest "Columbia Classics" box set said it would have both versions of Stripes in 4k. Let's hope whoever is running home video these days takes notice, especially now that Bob Chapek, who was once in charge of home video, is now CEO and that even The Black Cauldron can get some, but not all, DVD extras ported over to its Blu-ray. Despite the technical challenges inherent, a seamlessly branched Bedknobs Blu-ray inclusive of the theatrical and restored cuts should in theory have been doable and should still be so.

For actual Disney-owned content, Kino Lorber recently released the extended cuts of Nixon and Color of Night along with the theatrical cuts.
