Hey, guys, I'm as peachy keen as anyone for Predator in HD, but have Fox ever managed a really good SD transfer of the film?

Master and Commander, on the other hand, should be stunning!

If Master & Commander is anywhere near as great as it looked at my local theater we are all in for a treat. I'm also excited to see Edward Scissorhands on the list, another personal favorite of mine. :)

Master & Commander
Predator (if it's been satisfactorily cleaned up)
Platoon

And that's just Fox. Some other good stuff is coming that month and the next from Disney and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Dan

BTW, I should mention that I hope Fox gets out Last of The Mohicans soon too.

Any idea if these are still slated for release on the 8th? None of these titles are on Crawdaddy's sticky list.

I can't find them listed anywhere on Amazon or DVDEmpire for preorder, so I'm guessing not. :frowning:

Edit: dang too slow! :D

these are all fox titles, right ?

aren't they beating to the rythm of a different drum these days ? they don't release BD catalog releases anymore. or come to think of it, many new theatrical releases either.

they really are taking a lot of fun out of BD these days.

Has Fox officially left the building? Do they have anything at all, even new releases on the schedule now?

It's doubly irritating that these bone-heads control the MGM catalog.

They are rumored to be worried about BD+ not being ready yet. It will be later this year but fans of Fox films can't wait that long.

We might see the same exact announcement at Ces 2008 with the same titles annnounced at CES 2007 :)
