Too bad they didn't include Adam West dressed as Batman appearance on the Hollywood Palace as a Bonus Feature.

My guess is it wasn't included on account of the footage not being on Film, and thus a true HD version couldn't be produced. Perhaps release rights might have also been an issue?

Either way, too bad, as this is a fun clip!

i'm sure they would've had to pay to licence it, since it was a clip from Hollywood Palace. Who knows, the mater 2-inch videotape also may no longer exist.
