Hello everyone wanted to get some advice on upgrading my home theater system with some new matching subs 4400 cu ft room. What's the minimum size driver should I have. Budget around $800 each. Would love to get into that 15-20Hz zone if possible on my budget!

Dunno what to tell you about duals or getting crazy about specific Driver size but I’d be considering a Hsu VTF-15 at that price range. I love mine. I’d consider a comparably priced SVS too but unsure what model huts that range.

I recommend looking at a single, better sub rather than two lesser ones. A $1.6K sub is likely to be 4 times as good as an $800 one. Look at dual driver subs, instead of dual subs. The Power Sound S3000i looks pretty sweet.
