Ok..On my main receiver I have two "sub-out" plugs. One goes to my homemade Tempest sub, and the other goes to my old Sony receiver which in turn powers my 6 Aura bass shakers.

I love the shakers except for the fact that I often feel things I dont think I should when watching movies. I want to only feel the explosions, booms, etc...not simple background noise. I have played with the volume and bass on the receiver but the problem still exists (although it did lessen).

What are my options? Would putting in a 50hz low pass crossover help? So I wouldn't be feeling anything above 50hz? If so exactly where would I plug in the crossover into my system?

    good question...

I believe the crossover would go inline between the sub-out and your aura amplifier

I have read Aura users suggesting the 50Hz lowpass FMOD crossover.

Stack a pair if a steeper slope is desired.
