Banner On Main Page Issue (1 Viewer)

When I came to the site just now, the main thread showing up was to a closed discussion of a bootleg release of True Lies. I know those discussions are not allowed here, so it seemed weird that a closed thread on the subject was so prominently displayed.

I also had issue with that being the banner on the front page.
