I've just ordered Onkyo 595, jbl pb12, and jbl s36*4 speakers for my first ht.I have speaker wires in place. What other cables am i going to need other than S-video, coaxial digital, and sub interconnect? What brands of cable will offer the most bang for the buck? There seems to be a big price difference?
Thx

Check out Acoustic Research Pro Series cables. Link Removed has them for some great prices. I use them and their build quality and performance are great, especially for the price.

The best for the buck cables can be had from companies such as avcable.com or markertek.com
avcable uses Canare connectors and Gepco cables. Prices are low for what you get.

Best for value cables?
Audio,I vote for AUDIOQUEST TURQOISE.
Ooops...i had almost forgotten, the new generation of the same cable is under the "COPPER HEAD" name.
Video,I vote for SOUNDSTREAM VIDEO ONE,composite.

Larry,
If you are interested in audio interconnects, see my review of the new Outlaw cables versus the AudioQuest Corals.
