Band of Brothers Disc 6 won't load (1 Viewer)

I seem to be unable to get this particlur disc to load on my old Toshiba sd3108 dvd player. Anybody have a similar problem with it?

Chiming in....finished off the whole set...no problems
Player is a JVC XV-S60

Thanks for the post Eric. I've been recommending this series to my friends and every one of them have raved about it. Even the one's who don't usually like war movies.

Some of the older Toshiba players (as well as some Panasonics and Pioneers) had certain disc-compatibility issues. In many cases, the players couldn't read the discs.

Thanks Jack. I think I remember years ago reading on here about certain discs not being read from "The Earth To The Moon" series. I do remember that "Red Planet" I rented once wouldn't work. Not bad for an older dvd player I guess.

Karl, I have a year-old Toshiba 2800 doing bedroom duty, and it plays everything I throw at it. And the machine was dirt cheap, too. DVD players and DVDs have gotten better.
