Anyone have suggestion on some high quality banana plugs?

I have 12 Gauge Monster Superflat cable.

I prefer solder or twist + solder or just something that CANT pull out.

Hi Dan,
QED makes a "Qudos Air Loc" banana that cold crimps on to wire with a special tool. The bananas come with 4mm and 6mm openings. The wire will not pull out either; it's molded to the banana at something like 1500lbs pressure. The problem with bananas is that there is no standard for their diameter, etc., but I haven't found anything yet that the Qudos won't go into snugly.
I know you said you prefer solder, but unless you're using good solder, you can screw-up the sound. No solder at all is a good alternative. If you have someone in your area that has the Qudos bananas and thge tool, it would be worth checking out.

Dayton Audio plugs are recommended around here pretty often:

I have used them and they work fine.
From your description, WBT is a good choice.
WBT probably produces one of the best plugs on the market
but they are pricey and require special tools for correct
installation.
Take a look at partsexpress.com and radioshack.com for a
mind-numbing selection of banana plugs.
