from what i've been researching (ecoustics reviews, etc), it's comparable to PS AUDIO but much more cost effective.
- does it offer surge protection?
- are these units effective?

Run a search at www.avsforum.com and you will find a lot of info on balanced power in general and BPT products. Alan Maher modifies the BPT products for his customers. I have two and love them....wrote a short review and will show up in the search.
Alan is moving to Germany and is selling the unit he put together for his set-up. I wished I needed a another one. I imagine it is tweaked out to the max!!!!
