Just took delivery of the TV today and plugged everything in. What I get is wide diagonal lines scrolling across the TV. There are also thinner horizontal lines goiung up the screen. I can't even see the picture clearly. This is from cable, s-video(dvd), and VCR inputs. I tried touch focus after having the set on for 30 minutes..nothing..manual 9 pt convergence..nothing..
I tried turning it off, waiting 2 minutes, then back on..tried unplugging it for 5 minutes, the plug it back in..nothing.
I am at a loss. Any Ideas?
Could this just need settling after the ride in the truck and up 1 floor?

    Greg,
Sounds like the cable box may be causing the problem. Try removing the cable box and feeds. See if your other sources are ok. If not try moving your cables making sure you have no parallel runs etc. Hope this helps. Henry

What you are describing sounds like an old (real OLD!) set from the days before they automatically sync'd to the input signal and you had to adjust the horizontal and vertical HOLD.
