I noticed a few DVDs I own have a similar defect on the information side of the disc. They have this warped like effect as if-really don't know how to describe it, it's like someone spilled something on it and it stained. I have no idea how to explain this but it starts the spindle and looks like a warped pressing or something. Is this harmful to the DVD?

It's called a coffee stain, it's caused by uneven drying of the bonding glue. It's nothing to be concerned about

I didn't think it could be a problem since the discs in question are as old as five years back, thanks for the help.
