my copy from amazon.ca also had the d2/d4 problem. When I started the return process, though, they sent me an email saying they were OOS and could only give me a refund. So I exchanged the set elsewhere and ended up with a good copy for a total of $13!!

According to the website, mine has shipped also. Woohoo! I just wonder if DHL can find my house. Last time they didn't, so I had them redirect to my office. Perhaps they've updated their maps.
