If you have needed a B&W Speaker repaired, how long did it take to get parts? My dealer is going on 4 months now & claims that this is normal.

When I blew the tweeter in one of my 602's, I brought my speaker into my dealer. They confirmed it was blown and ordered a new one. It came in a week later, I brought the speaker back and they replaced it while I waited. Took about 15 minutes.

No company should take four months...B&W or not. I'd call B&W directly and see if you can find out what's going on.
