Hello,
In about a 15'x19' room I have B&W 602 S3's in the front, 600 S3's in the back (L/C/R surrounds), and a Yamaha sub. I currently have an LCR60 as my center channel, but I have an opportunity to upgrade to the LCR600. In terms of matching, has anyone tried the LCR600 with 602's in the front? Would moving to the LCR 600 be an improvement or should it only be used with the 603, 604, or 605 speakers in front? Thanks!

I think the LCR600 would be a very worthwhile upgrade. If you have a chance to audition it in your system that would probably be a good idea just to make sure it's worth it in your opinion.

Thanks for the information. I was very interested in what one reviewer was saying about needing really good equipment (receivers, amp, cables, etc.) to maximize its potential. I'm not yet ready to jump to adding a separate amp to my system, so would a pretty decent receiver be adequate? Some candidates I had in mind are the Yamaha HTR-6090, Onkyo tx-sr804, and Pioneer Elite 82txs(can't remember the rest of the model number off hand). Or does this thing need a separate amp if playing along with the 602's?

I've auditionned 603's with a Rotel RSX-1057, they were an excellent match. The B&W Group owns Rotel. I would definately audition this receiver if you have an opportunity!

I'm using the LCR600 with my 601's and it's a beautiful setup. I really like the 600 series for up front. I have a SVS cylinder sub for the bass. You should be very happy with your new center.
