Oh, ok. Just curious, how much would buck shot cost? Let's say maybe per 1 shoebox or something. If it's not too expensive I might consider this with my front stands.

Also, here in the Philippines, the 602 S3 cost around US$350 while the 601 S3 cost around US$270. A bit cheap because labor and rent is very cheap here.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. In my opinion, I don't think that it makes sense to add material to the speaker stand itself. By doing that, all you will accomplish is making the stand more stable, not the speaker. What I did was go to a cabinet maker and order 5 custom cut and routered pieces of black Granite measured to the size of the top of my B&W's. They are about 3/4" thick and sit upon little pieces of rubber at all 4 corners. After I did this, I noticed that not only were the speakers more stable on the stands, they actually sounded tighter. Any thoughts or comments?
