Well, the savings are complicated, as I shifted the order when I placed it to Canada -- so I don't have the specific comparison for what I am getting, but here is an approximation.
My first quote was for Studio/40s in front (with J50 stands), Studio/20s for rears, plus a Studio/CC center and Servo-15 (with x30 crossover) for bass. For that package, I was quoted US$3188 locally (plus $207 for Gov. Ventura - aka Gov. Goofy). From Thunder Bay, this would be CDN$3935 with no tax. At current exchange, that would be about US$2480 - savings of $915, or about 27% less. (All of these quotes are in black laminate.)
When I ordered, I changed from 40s w/ stands to 60s (about $100 more at list) and from the 20s in the rear, to ADPs (about $300 more at list). The final quote from Canada when to CDN$4100 - only about US$104 more. I didn't update the local quote...
Regarding the contact name, check your HTF messages.
