I Have

B&W 602's V3
601's V3
LCR60
MTX 15" sub which is being replaced with an HSU or SVS soon

I am driving them with a Sherwood Newcastle 961 and I love my system except for my booming sloopy bass. I would personally take the money out of the LCR 600 and get the 601's for rears but that is just me

I run the DM 602 S3's as my mains along with the LCR 600, duel SVS 25-31 CS+ powered by the QSC RMX 1450 amp and one AV15 tuned to 20Hz. I plan on the 601 S3's for surrounds in the close future. I really like the LCR 600 C. There is a Thread back one day that many B&W users participated in if you are interested in reading? Maybe you already have?

Only have a stereo pair of 602 S3's right now powered by a HK ARV-520 and helped along by a PC 25-31. I love the sound of the 602's and didn't think that the floor standing 602.5 was really all that great.

A second vote for the 601s in the rear.

I also tried using the 602 as a center on account of what another member was running. I thought this was a very good option and thought it sounded pretty good.

I have 2 pairs of 602s3 for my fronts and surrounds. A pair of LCR 600s3 for the center and rear. Also a ASW 650 for the sub.

I agree with Daniel in that the 602.5 is not great. Either get the 602 or the 603. The 602.5 does not give you any significant improvement.

I think the 602.5 was only meant to be sold to the consumer that wanted the 602, but not in the bookself style, but the floorstanding speaker option. I don't think B&W intended for the 602.5 to actually sound any better.
