I saw this on Netflix a couple years ago and have been craving a rewatch. It's probably not on netflix anymore.
There are no stars in the movie, but it's about cops in times square in the seedy days and they're trying to crack down on strip clubs and prostitution. I think they're actually detectives. If anyone knows the name of this movie or has a suggestion on how to track down something like this, I'd appreciate it. There are definitely no big name people in it, and it's definitely about times square specifically. Again, thanks!
