With the Anthem Avm20 software problems, This could be of concern to B&K even though they have different software, Some core code is the same, some bugs may have also shown up.

An interesting possibility. I do not believe that Anthem would have modified the DPL II code (the source of the AVM-20 issues), so if it is the same code being used by the Ref50 then there might a delay. Anthem has indicated that the solution to this "bug" is now known, so it would be just a matter of reburning the Ref50 EEPROMs before shipping.
