AV12 Thunder 12.3 Question (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if anyone had tried slightly modifying the Thunder 12.3 setup and changed it to use 2 AV12s and 2 15" PRs. How do you think it'd sound, and how much power/what amp would you recommend to use for it? Thanks.

Mike,

I have not built it, but I do know that you will need 2 of the 15" PR's per AV12. So if you use 2 of the AV12's you'll need 4 PR's.

As Brian implies, your proposal is not "slightly modified".
Each Av12 should have two 15" PR, and the appropriate volume cabinet.

Thanks guys...I did realize before that each "should" have 2 prs and extra box size, I was just wondering if anyone had tried 2 av12s and 2 prs in that box. Thanks for your input though.

Not I. Never tried three PR's and no driver either but, as in this case, I kinda know what would happen.
