    Blic,

Maybe it will 'grow' on me. Or maybe the pics are at unflatering angles. But I hope thats not the final it.
The 2003 500hp Hyper Viper looks to be evolving towards the C5 shape. Strange.

I doubt that is actually how it'll look. All I saw in that issue were artist renderings, so I'm hoping it will look better in real life.

I'd like a 1973-1975 Stingray someday. These new ones have no style - that design has been around since the 1950s.

I think they're trying to revive the 63-67 Stingray look.
Instead, they accidentally brought back the Avanti.[IMG]

that's a very conflicted design. the round top of the windshield and round roofline badly clash with the edges on the rest of the body. there is no commitment to one or the other and it ends up looking cobbled together. i hope it looks better in person.

the infiniti g35 and nissan 350z are good examples of being committed to an edge design. and the audi TT gets away with circles mixed with edges.

I somehow don't think the one with the cadillac emblem is a vette. The orange ones don't look to bad, but the one on the cover of R/T looks way to much like the Z.

As others have stated, this is simply an artist's rendering. It did not come from GM. If the real thing looks anything like that drawing, I won't be trading in my 2001 Vette for a 2005.

The worst part is the rear lights! but... "it's an artist's rendering, that's all it is, Chuck"
