Audio Transcription Software (1 Viewer)

Does anyone here use (and recommend) software that will transcribe voice files (mp3, most likely)?

Free would be great...but I would also buy a program which worked well.

I think the Dragon voice recognition software will do it, but its not free.

Dragon Dictate is easily the best product in it's field. Exceptional.
