Audio Injector (1 Viewer)

For lack of a better name, does anyone know where I can get a device with two sets of component audio in and one component audio out? The output will be equal to the first input UNLESS there is a signal present on the second input. If there is an input on the second input then the output will be equal to input two.

I have HAL2000 automation system and a poor mans whole house audio system. I want to be able to play music on the audio system but if HAL has something to say (phone call for eg.) then switch to hear HAL.
