Audio from tv to receiver (1 Viewer)

Hi have an LG smart tv, rcvr and sat box. So I have the hdmi cable from the sat box going to the hdmi out on the rcvr. The tv is connected to the rcvr via hdmi2. This way the system works. However if I watch a movie via USB connected to my smart tv I cannot get the audio from the home theatre speakers as I am using the USB input on my tv. I was wondering how I could get audio out from my tv to the rcvr ?
I have 2 cables which came with the tv. 1 has 2 wires and he other has 3. They are colours such as yellow red white green blue ...unfortunately they r not at hand right now so I can't confirm which of the colours go together.

Well, it would help to have model numbers...
Also your connections make no sense...

It doesn't work that way.
I will fathom a guess, but since you provided no model number, that the USB "audio" is stuck in the TV and doesn't come out. Much like any "smart app" TV content.
It could also be you don't have it connected correctly judging the "sat going to the HDMI out on the rcvr"...
