Attachment Problem (1 Viewer)

When sending attachments to my dad, he often claims that there's nothing to open. However, copies I send to myself at my home/work Outlook and Yahoo accounts have the attachments as I intended. He uses Outlook Express, and I'm not sure if there's a setting that he needs to tweak, or if his ISP blocks attachments for some reason. The blocked attachments range from .jpg's to .txt files, and they're not large (< 300kb). Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

He may have it checked off in Outlook Express , to "Not Allow Attachments to be Saved or Opened" ?

Look under "Tools",then "Security" Tabs.( Outlook Express)

Thanks, I'll give it a try and report back.

Unfortunately, he had the option unchecked, so it should allow attachments to come through.

I'll keep at it.
