I also saw a "preview" on www.anandtech.com too. Looks like a sweet card. But, will it work properly with the Theatertek PC DVD player? Can't wait for the reviews...

Unless Nvidia can come out with something faster 3d wise and better capturing wise this is likely to be my next card after the year turns.

Why would there be?

MP4 is still pretty new and the market penetration for it seems to be minimal at this moment, give it a generation or two and I bet there will be something later down the road.

And there is talk that ATi might actually bring this card to the Mac! If that is true, it will be very hard not to use the ol' credit card.
