Assuming I'm in the right forum....
I have Dish Network currently (have a 500 dish) and just bought a new TV.....Mitsu WS-55711 (so it has a built in HDTV receiver- not sure if that's a plus or not).
What should I do? Attempt to upgrade to HDTV (JVC 6023HD/ possibly use the built in unit) or just stick with the standard broadcast and just get new components?.
I know the HD channels are limited right now, so that's my dilemma.
The CS Reps are like talking to a wall, I need info from someone who actually knows a little about this stuff.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks :)

I have the WS-55511 Mitsu, integrated HDTV as well. In my area, Time Warner Cable has the ABC, CBS, & NBC. PBS will be here this spring, as will Fox & WB. It also gets the HD premiums. What stinks is the box won't record like the Explorer 8000. What's nice is not having to buy anything! Who knows how this will all shake out.
