I remember seeing a really excellent 'Making Of An Epic' documentary on 'LONESOME DOVE' a few years back on T.V. I believe it was even available seperately on VHS for a time.
What do you think the chances are of ARTISAN releasing 'The Making Of An Epic' on DVD (bearing in mind they released it on VHS). Or maybe, they could fully remaster 'LONESOME DOVE' and release it with the 'Making Of An Epic' as an extra. (The first DVD wasn't THAT great technically).
Maybe this is something we could bring to their attention at the Chat? What do you guys think?

Doing something that involved remastering it would make the most sense. It's a terrible transfer and the disc has been trouble prone with hang ups on a number of players.
