Just got this show from the Amazon sale. I'm loving it but was taken aback when one of the episodes started with those stupid logos you see on TV.

Even TVShowsonDVD makes mention of it:

    WTF?

I've seen the rating "logo" on a DVD episode before. On the Jeopardy! DVD that Sony released a couple months ago, at least one of the episodes on the disc has the TV-G "logo" in the corner at the beginning (a la the TV broadcasts). And I seem to remember seeing the NBC Stereo logo on some show's season set (I'm thinking either ALF or Punky Brewster).

    Scott,

It was Punky Brewster you were thinking of (and the episodes weren't even presented on the disc in stereo). The Canadian 1-disc, The ALF Files (three 1-hour episodes UNCUT) has the NBC In Stereo logo, too. With those older logos, it's a nice touch (I miss them and the post-Act 1 or post-Act 2 bumpers on many shows).

Some of the Get A Life episodes still have the Fox cursive "In stereo" still on them.

At least it doesn't have the perpetual bug.
