Arghhhh! HDTV has no 720p support for Xbox! (1 Viewer)

I think the new XBR800 sets by Sony do 720p natively. Anyone know if the XBR450 will upconvert to 1080i or whatever their DRC does?

I would recommend trying Tony Hawk 4....I've never gotten more than a few minutes into playing any of the other Tony Hawk games, but this one sucked me in and wouldn't let go!
And it looks awesome in 480p wide-screen....720 should cook!

Are there stb's that actually have component inputs? Or, are you talking about some sort of dedicated box?

To my knowledge most consumer grade STBs use component inputs. However, for the most accurate info I suggest posting your question in the video forum.

Hmm...I know they all use component outputs to the tv, but I've yet to see one with component inputs for adding external HDTV sources. I'll have to check into it...
