Are these speaker mounts compatible? (1 Viewer)

I want to buy these mounts, but I'm not sure if they will work: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....5&type=product

The mount description says they're compatible with many majot brands. I can't seem to find an actual compatibility list or a detailed diagram of the mounting holes in the mount.

I've never bought speaker mounts before. How are they typically joined to the speakers? Drilled and screwed in?

Screwed in if the speaker has the place for it. Not all speakers are designed with mounts in mind.

Mine were as they have predrilled screws in them already for Omnimounts. If the Sony's don't have them, you will likely need to drill holes into the speaker in order to attach the mounting screws/plate. Usually you would call Sony or the manufacturer but calling Sony might not do you any good.
