What I mean is 36 and 32 inch sets that have 2 component inputs, does one component input typically support 480i/480p and the other support 480p, 720p, and 1080i?
My other question is when you have a input that does both 480i and 480p (xbox) which brands of 32 and 36 inch hdtv's can detect what the input is automatically? I know with the samsung tsl3295hf that you have to manually switch it on the tv depending if it is 480i or 480p. Is this true of the Sony xbr and Toshibas as well?
